Caesar Cipher

The Caesar cipher, also known as a shift cipher, is a simple text shifting cipher, where one letter is directly swapped for another:

This cipher in particular the numbers are shifted, traditionally by 13 i.e. the first letter is A. 1+13 is 14, the 14th letter is N. Thus A = N.
